To start, I live in a fairly conservative town in the Northern Suburbs of Detroit.  About a week ago, I checked my mailbox, and to my surprise, there was a piece of Ron Paul for President Lit. Naturally as I have seen time and time again in my red city, lacking an indicia, as if the R's in our city would ever follow the "Law" when they are "distributing handbills".
